PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN STAMPING OIL is manufactured from solvent refined base stocks that have low pour points. This sulfo-chlorinated product is fortified with selected extreme pressure and anti-rust chemistry. Its superior wetting agents prevent water from displacing the lubricant on the metals’ surface. The lubricity characteristics improve the material release from the press and extend tool life.-

TYPICAL USES:
Used manually or automatic on stamping or press operations.
Used in forming where requirements range from light to moderately severe.
Can also be used in various metalworking applications such as screw machines, threading, boring and reaming of steel alloys.
Ideal for small parts forming operations.
